Cllr Jolene Groogan

Jolene Groogan is a lifelong republican who has long been involved in community activism in her native Ballinascreen.

Living and working in the town where she was born and raised, Jolene is passionate about improving the facilities in the local area and developing its’ natural beauty and potential.

As someone who works for a small business, she sees the creative and entrepreneurial spirit that exists within South Derry and believes this should be supported, recognising that many of our local artists and employers have been able to thrive in spite of limited infrastructure.

Jolene believes that Irish Unity and re-entry into the EU is the best option for us all and will work to undo the Tory damage to Ireland.
